When ours came, I honestly didn't realize wh...yay! When ours came, I honestly didn't realize what it was. It was put in a stack of "important adoption papers". When our homestudy agency asked if it had arrived yet, I was like, "Ummmm, I don't know". So I rifled thru our stack and found it, then realized how very important it was, and immediately faxed a copy to our homestudy agency.
